Replacement Warranty

One year manufacturing warranty for products purchased from B & B ENTERPRISESis limited to products only, provided the same are used as per guidelines specified. However, if the product received has a manufacturing defect or transit damage, the same needs to be informed within 12 hours of product delivery via e-mail at support@boolifestyle.com with supporting pictures of the damage. The warranty does not cover breakage, deformation denting, etc. which might occur with normal wear and tear. Any damage arising from wear abuse, sizing, or any work done on your product will not be covered. For any product returned under defect, the same will go under check by our quality team for inspection, and if defect found under manufacturing or transit, the same will qualify for replacement.Any claim arising in this limited warranty must be submitted with the original payment receipt and original packing with a warranty card.In case if the product is non repairable then a replacement product will be shipped to the customer. Such shipment can attract additional time than usual.

Pricing and Payments

For orders, the payment can only be accepted in INR. B & B ENTERPRISES reserve the right to change the price of their product or provide discounts at any time. In case of an event where payment is done but the transaction failed, we will check our accounts and if the amount reflects then we shall confirm you for success in the transaction. For any unsuccessful transaction, BOO Fashion And Lifestyle do not take responsibility for indemnifying the customer also in case of any Offer period that consists of 24 hours there will be no return policy on that.

Delivery Schedule

Post product purchases tentative delivery date will be communicated. The exact delivery date shall change due to various factors which may be internal or external. B & B ENTERPRISES shall update the customer in case of a change in the delivery schedule via e-mail / WhatsApp/ SMS. Customers can also check the delivery schedule from Track order status. For any delay in delivery, BOO Fashion And Lifestyle shall not be held liable.

Your Obligation

You are requested to provide and update registration data to keep it true, accurate, and complete. If any provided information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if B & B ENTERPRISES suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, not current, or not in accordance with this user agreement, B & B ENTERPRISES can suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to access our website. In case of delivery failure due to wrong information provided by the customer (name, address, contact details, etc.), extra cost for delivery incurred shall be claimed from the customer.

Restriction

B & B ENTERPRISES reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity/value of the items purchased by you and such other restrictions as may be applicable to orders placed by the same account. BOO Fashion And Lifestyle reserve the right at their sole discretion to prohibit sales to anyone.

Cancellation

B & B ENTERPRISES reserve the right to cancel /suspend the order for any particular area, locality, pin code, or any other address or user account where it is unable to deliver the product or sense any suspicious activity. BOO Fashion And Lifestyle reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders. We shall notify you in case of partial or complete order cancellation Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled with 24 hours or before the product is shipped whichever is earlier. Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account. Any refund will take a minimum of T+8 working days to get processed. The refund will be done in the same payment mode via which the transaction was done.

Fraudulent Transaction

B & B ENTERPRISES reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, damages caused to B & B ENTERPRISES, and legal expenses from persons using the site fraudulently. BOO Fashion And Lifestyle reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

Disclaimer

Every effort for products to appear in terms of color and size on our website is made from our end as accurately as possible. However actual product might differ slightly due to the lighting effect and display properties of your monitor. We cannot guarantee product color and size to be accurately same due to various above-mentioned factors.

We are not liable for any delay in the performance or non-performance of any of our obligations hereunder and shall not be liable for any loss or damages caused thereby where the same is occasioned by any cause whatsoever that is beyond our control including but not limited to an act of God, war, civil disturbance, governmental or parliamentary restrictions, prohibitions or enactments of any kind, import or export regulations, exchange control regulations or accident or non-availability/ delay in transport.
